Astrology is a study of the connection between planets and life on Earth. It is based on a concept that energy patterns form between other planets and Earth and that these energies affect our lives as individuals and communities.

An alligators chart, also known as a horoscope, natal chart, or birth chart, records the relationship between the planets and the signs of the Zodiac. Charts can be calculated for the birth of a person, a community, an event or anything that seems momentous. The horoscope is as individual and unique as a fingerprint.

Vedic Astrology or Jyotish is not a mere science but can rather be called, Universal Science since it means the principles or mechanism on which the total creation is going on. It is a super way to know and understand our karma and live a method

Vedic astrology is one of the oldest forms of astrology. It evolved over 5,000 years ago and is based on a body of knowledge known as the 'Vedas,' which translates to 'knowledge' or 'wisdom,' and is referred to as Jyotish -- the ‘light of the heavenly bodies’. Today, Vedic astrology is acknowledged as one of the most powerful forms of astrology in practice and is followed by millions around the world.

Jyotish literally means the "Science of Light" and "Jyotishi" or skilled practitioners of this cosmic science intuitively know that by considering the state of the planetary alignments when and where an event occurs they can understand its nature and then prepare the appropriate response.

Jyotish is also related with the religious, psychological and physical spirit of vedic sanathan dharma, Yoga and Ayurveda.

Time is the greatest force controlling the universe for all things originate through time. All matter is in a state of either creation, preservation or destruction. In ancient times the Gods were seen to be personifications of the movement of time.

To the ancient seers the Gods were the planets which reflect the light that controls the energy of time through our solar system. The planets instigate the power of the divine intelligence or God. To understand the energies of the planets is to understand the language of God and the very forces that influence us throughout life.

As the controllers of time, the planets are also the controllers of karma or destiny. They show the planetary energies we are influenced by and the level on which they are taking place. Everything that is born must eventually die we all know, but Jyotish helps us to understand the tiny area of time in between birth and death that is our life.

Jyotish can be used to examine all domains of life. From it we can learn about our Health, Wealth, Career, Relationships, our body and mind, our material, mental and spiritual manifestation. It shows the entire structure of energies through which we must act

Surya-Siddhanta Yoga Periods & Sub-Periods in Astrology

Surya-Siddhanta Yoga Periods & Sub-Periods in Astrology

This experimental technique offers reliable timing of events by means of the usage of Raman's Ayanamsha only. So, the man or woman Longitudes of Sun and Moon are to be taken as a result – earlier than locating the longitude of the Surya-Siddhanta Yoga factor.

Raman Sun Longi = Expunger360 [ Sayana Sun Longi – Raman Ayanamsha Value (DOB, TOB)) ] and

Raman Moon Longi = Expunger360 [ Sayana Moon Longi – Raman Ayanamsha Value (DOB, TOB)) ] and

Raman Surya-Siddhanta Yoga Point = Expunger360 (Raman Sun Longi + Raman Moon Longi)

This point may be taken as to the 'effective' position for Calculating the Balance of SS-Yoga length. … It is quite similar to finding the Balance of Dasha at Birth (which is accomplished from the Moon Longi) – however with the beneath-mentioned positive precise variations:

There are 27 SS Yogas in cyclic order. The full-duration of every yoga is the same = 13 years 4 months (or forty / 3 years). … Of which, for the primary SS Yoga-duration, the 'Balance' might be calculated. Every successive SS Yoga-period can be of complete-length (= thirteen years 4 months).

Finding the Durations & Succession of SS Yoga-durations:

In case of "MALE" character, the 'Balance-element' of SS Yoga-length can be calculated, and thereafter the opposite SS Yoga intervals will comply with in everyday succession (SS Yoga as in step with Yoga-factor, then + 1 , then + 2 , and so on), and every successive SS Yoga-length will run for the equal period (= 13 years four months).

But in case of "FEMALE" man or woman, the 'Expired portion' of SS Yoga-period could be calculated , and thereafter the alternative SS Yoga periods will comply with in opposite of normal (SS Yoga as in line with Yoga-factor, then – 1 , then – 2 , and so forth), and every successive SS Yoga-duration will run for the same period (= thirteen years 4 months).

'Expired element' of SS Yoga-length = ( 13 y four m ) – 'Balance-element' of SS Yoga-length

Finding the Durations & Succession of SS Yoga Sub-periods:

There are 27 same-length SS Yoga Sub-duration in any SS Yoga-period. So, the length of every SS Yoga Sub-duration = ( thirteen y 4 m ) / 27 … that is, = forty / eighty one year. ... The length is of about a hundred and eighty days.

If we choose in addition sub-department, then the Inter-intervals may be calculated by using following the identical method. So, the length of every SS Yoga Inter-length = ( thirteen y 4 m ) / ( 27 * 27 ). The duration is of approximately 7 days best .

Once the order of succession of Main SS Yoga-intervals are observed, then the Sub-intervals are located as standard – starting from the Main-period as according to the identical set-up as obtained . … In the authentic set up, it is going so as of ( X, X + 1, X + 2, and many others) for "MALE" persons, and in order of ( X, X – 1, X – 2, and so on) for "FEMALE" men and women.

Once the set-up of the predominant SS Yoga periods are located (which differs depending on whether or not the man or woman is male or female), no similarly reversal is necessary; the succession of the SS Yoga Sub-intervals can be as in line with the 'set-up' only.

As for predictive purposes, as we opt for warding off the early age-duration (till approximately 16 years or so), the divisions of the Starting SS Yoga-length will not be necessary in any respect (because it will constantly be <= 13 y 4 m).

Favorable & Unfavorable SS Yogas:

Like the Nakshatras (as per 27 Nakshatra-system), starting from 0* to 360* there are 27 SS Yogas of 13*20' each. The Serial No. Of SS Yoga is determined as per SS Yoga Longi (Here, it is by using Raman's Ayanamsha).

Unfavorable SS Yogas (Naisargika):

There are 9 SS Yogas – which are considered Unfavorable. Their Numbers are:

# 1 (Vishkumbha), # 6 (Atiganda), # 9 (Shoola), # 10 (Ganda), # 13 (Vyaghata), # 15 (Vajra), # 17 (Vyatipata), # 19 (Parigha), and # 27 (Vaidhriti).

The remaining other 18 SS Yogas are considered Favorable SS Yogas (Naisargika) .

Unfavorable SS Yogas (Tatkalika):

There are 9 SS Yogas – which are considered Unfavorable (Tatkalika). As per the corresponding set-up their Numbers will be:

If Starting SS Yoga-period = X Then

(X + 2), (X + 4), (X + 6), and

(X + 11), (X + 13), (X + 15), and

(X + 20), (X + 22), (X + 24). … [ Expunger27 is to be used everywhere ]

If instead of set-up, the standard list of SS Yoga periods are referred to, then the above-mentioned figures are for 'male' persons only. … The figures for 'female' persons will be obtained by substituting '+' by '–'.

For SS Yoga Sub-periods also, the Favorable & Unfavorable – as per Naisargika & Tatkalika – are exactly the same.
