Narayan Naagbali Puja: This is a three day Puja. It is performed by the River. It is a very elaborate procedure. There are three parts of this Puja and requires complete dedication.In order to ensure that the dead and departed attain peace or moksha, a Pitradosh Nivaran Puja is performed. This puja is performed for the ancestors, especially from the father's side.
Bidding goodbye to a person you have known or loved is too hard to be explained. Once a soul departs, there is no coming back, there are only memories remained to cherish. But, to pacify the gone soul, Vedic rituals and Hindu religion have Mantras and libations. One such mantra is Shanti-Path.SHIVA Trust, being a peace-maker, and faith-keeper in God, arranges Shanti-Path for the souls who left this mortal world. The Shanti-Path is chanted in the remembrance of a soul either on the 13th day after the demise, or on the annual Shraaddha or any other day when the family members intend to pay heartily condolences.
Puja for peace of departed Soul is performed for departed souls of ancestors. The puja is done so that the souls of one's ancestors can attain peace and liberation. As per Garuda Purana the souls that do not receive Pind daan, tarpan or have unsatisfied desires wander aimlessly on the Earth. With this puja one can seek relief from malefic effects due to bad karma (knowingly or unknowingly) and untimely and unnatural death of ancestors. This Puja can be performed any time of the year.
The Tripindi Shradha Puja is for giving proper respect to three(3) generations of ancestors. These are the customs that assistance purge every one of the wrongdoings that lead the withdrew spirits to find happiness in the hereafter. The ritual of offering 'Pind' or Pind Daan, by a person to the ancestors during the Tripindi Shradha Puja frees the spirits of progenitors, pushing them to their forward excursion and advantages the individual extraordinarily.
